HRM the Journal

I was recently asked about research on HRM practices in so-called 'born global' or international entrepreneurial ventures. These firms are those start-up ventures that immediately internationalize. This form runs contrary to the more traditional 'life-cycle' models of internationalization. I was not aware of any research on this very focused population of firms. Do any of our members have any thoughts on this?
